Work with customers and identify opportunities to support their strategy and improve their processes across functions. Your Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing product issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems via phone, email, or chat. Escalate unresolved issues to the Leadership, Product team, engineering, external teams as needed. Document reported issues, resolutions, and best practices in internal knowledge bases. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to communicate customer feedback and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities. Support product rollout activities, including user testing and post-launch monitoring. Assist in creating support documentation, FAQs, and user guides. Monitor system alerts and proactively identify potential issues impacting product performance. Essential skills: Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred. 8 years of overall experience, Mid-Senior level professional, with 3 years in a product or technical support roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of B2B payments and managing clients on a digital payment platform essential Ability to translate business/customer needs into functional & process requirements and definition documents Skilled in change management, problem solving, gap and impact analysis Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills Proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners Team player, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form to different audiences Ability to manage own time and work independently Ability to manage competing demands on time Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
