Student Lettings & Property Management Consultant Permanent, Nottingham £26,000- £34,000 (depending on experience) Monday- Friday / 9:00- 17:30 ( 1 in 8 Saturdays 9-1 ) Job Description: Are you passionate about property, people, and providing exceptional service? An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Student Lettings & Property Management Consultant to join our client’s vibrant team and help manage a thriving portfolio of student properties. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same — you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping students find their perfect homes while ensuring landlords receive first-class service. What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of the lettings and property management team, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of the student lettings journey — from first enquiry to move-out day. You’ll: Let and manage a busy portfolio of student properties, ensuring a smooth experience for tenants and landlords alike. Build great relationships with students, guarantors, and landlords through clear, friendly communication. Set up tenancies confidently and accurately, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Oversee property management , from safety checks and compliance to repairs and maintenance coordination. Handle check-ins, inventories, and deposit returns , ensuring fairness and accuracy throughout. Support the wider team , helping achieve office targets and maintain exceptional service standards. Keep operations running smoothly through proactive admin, regular property reviews, and excellent organisation. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a motivated, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping others. You’ll bring: Proven experience in Lettings & Property Management – ideally within the student market. Strong compliance knowledge , especially with property safety and HMO regulations. Outstanding communication and customer service skills – you’ll often be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational abilities. Confidence with admin and IT systems , plus solid numeracy and presentation skills. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
