Responsibilities: To lead and deliver regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives, driving sustainable growth in revenue, margin, and customer base. To oversee store operations across the designated region, ensuring efficiency, safety, profitability, and regulatory compliance. To manage budgets, cost control, and full P&L accountability to achieve strong financial performance. To inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team while cultivating a culture of ownership, adaptability, and continuous growth. To drive collaboration across sales, retail, and support functions to deliver seamless customer experiences and operational excellence. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales leadership role within agriculture or a related sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional people management skills, able to lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver successful results. Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing budgets and P&L. Highly organised, able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a business. A proactive problem solver with a solutions-focused mindset. Customer centric, with a focus on driving positive outcomes and consistently exceptional service. Comfortable traveling across the assigned region as required. Proficient in IT skills and the use of CRM and sales management software. Required Skills: Proven experience in a sales leadership role within agriculture or a related sector.
