The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Job Duties: Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly Handle reservations and bookings efficiently Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs Maintain a clean and organised reception area Provide information on local attractions, events, and services Utilise Opera software for managing reservations and guest information Required Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Opera software or similar reservation systems Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Additional certification in hospitality or related field is desirable. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications: Additional language proficiency is an advantage Certification in Opera software or similar reservation systems Working Conditions: This role involves working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. The Receptionist/Opera Experience may be required to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
