Job Description

What Youll Do: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, including contractors, farmers, architects, engineers, and construction firms. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Aluminium, Decking, and Trusses to expand market reach. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently achieve targets. Offer tailored product solutions and expert guidance to meet client needs. Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential and existing clients. Report progress and insights regularly to the sales manager. What Were Looking For: Minimum 5 years proven sales experience within the building materials or construction industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of the local market and customer base. Expertise in Trusses, Rib & Block Decking, Aluminium Fenestration, and other building materials. Proficiency in IQ Retail software and Microsoft Office. Valid drivers license, access to own vehicle, and willingness to travel as required. Whats On Offer: Competitive basic salary of R18,000, with commission opportunities on a sliding scale after reaching R500,000 in turnover. Additional 1% commission potential based on gross profit.
