About The Role Provide Technical and analytical support for customs and trade compliance matters at the Division, ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations and trade laws and regulations. This position is onsite and is located in our Manufacturing Plant in Camargo Responsibilities Review and validate customs declarations generated by the company prior to payment. Resolve incidents, discrepancies, and inquiries related to the entry and exit of goods (changes in customs regime, regularizations). Reconcile physical inventories, ERP (Oracle) data, customs declaration descriptions (DataStage), and the inventory control system (INtrade). Verify that the information contained in Annex 24 matches the description and make or manage the necessary changes. Carry out the discharge process and provide support for the correct administration of Annexes 24 and 30. Respond to requests and gather requirements for the authorities. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare and submit procedures, applications, permits, renewals, etc., necessary for foreign trade operations. Conduct internal audits to ensure customs compliance with legislation. Ensure compliance with documentation requirements that allow the company to demonstrate the materiality of its transactions (audits). Administration and control of fixed assets. Management of payments related to foreign trade operations, including data entry, invoicing, account statements, income, and reconciliations. Education, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in international relations or a related degree completed. Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position. Legal knowledge of Foreign Trade. IMMEX, PROSEC, and RECE IVA-IEPS programs. Tariff classification. TIGIE, LIGIE. Inventory management. Customs operations. Analytical, proactive. Effective communication. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Conversational English is mandatory Willing to relocate to Cd.
