You will be also involved in projects such as Network Refresh across all plants, Security Remediation across all plants, IT Support for the implementation of new production lines, Expansion of cloud infrastructure and disaster recovery. What will you do IT support to internal users (Headquarters and factories) Collaboration and coordination of outsourced IT service providers (Helpdesk, Network, Security, Infrastructure) Involvement in integration projects Support plants with key software and devices, including Loftware Labelling system, Zebra Printers, and Automated Warehouse Devices (Infor Factory Track) System engineering activity on Microsoft servers Creation and management of documentation concerning company procedures and processes (IT area) Pinpoint areas for action to enhance service quality Requirements Background: High School Diploma with 5 years of experience within the role. Experience in production sites preferred. Professional Skills: Excellent ability to manage software applications, operating systems, servers, computer networks, with a particular focus on Microsoft and Cloud solutions: Microsoft Windows OS (Servers workstation), MS Office 365 and associated Microsoft cloud services, Active Directory (GPO, DFS, groups management) & Azure AD Network basic knowledge (Wan/Lan, VPN, Vlan’s, DNS services, IP addressing, routing) Cloud hosting technology solutions (AWS, Azure) Virtualization Infrastructure (VMWare) Database basic knowledge: SQL/Oracle (Plus) Management of the Loftware Labelling System Configuration and maintenance of mobile devices (scanners, handhelds) and Zebra Printers, Technical support for warehouse users and manufacturing users, Collaboration with Application Delivery Team. Service Management. Language Skills: Proficient English & Italian. Soft Skills: Problem Solving, Teamworking, Spirit of initiative, Flexibility, Precision, Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Other details Location : Gallarate (VA) with willingness to travel across sites. Working hours : Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday. You can start your day between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., enjoy a lunch break of 1 to 1.5 hours anytime between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m., and wrap up your workday starting from 5:00 pm while completing a full 8-hour workday.
