Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Rome. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing inquiries, handling phone calls, and overseeing daily front office operations. Their primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests. Qualifications Experience with Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing guest inquiries Organizational skills and attention to detail Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus Ability to remain professional and composed in fast-paced environments Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or related fields are advantageous
