ADVERTISING & PROMOTION BUDGET ANALYST

ADVERTISING & PROMOTION BUDGET ANALYST – Bvlgari Mission Bulgari Spa, within the Advertising & Promotion Investment & Governance department based in Rome, is searching for an Advertising & Promotion Budget Analyst. The selected person will actively and continuously support the Global Marketing and Communications Department in achieving business goals, building a "numeric" culture within the team and a KPI-oriented model in A&P Investments. Responsibilities Act as a project manager, coordinating all activities needed to optimize A&P investments to enhance business performance and guarantee governance. Be a reliable stakeholder for both marketing & communication and finance teams, as well as for top management, providing accurate and timely analysis of marketing and communications performance. Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and future marketing and communication performance to company leadership. Monitor period performance and execution of marketing & communication projects and routines. Explain, present and analyze A&P performance of the company, transforming information into insights and actionable decisions. Build-up budget and relevant revisions, preparing the bottom‑up by department, according to the established targets and deadlines; give strategic advice on cost saving and margin improvement. Be responsible for corporate and local reporting of the company and coordinate reporting for all areas, meeting deadlines; develop appropriate ad‑hoc reporting satisfying specific information needs. Understand firm systems and data to assess implications of operational changes on reporting. Qualifications 2 years of relevant experience in the finance department – experience abroad will be considered a plus. Financial reporting and analysis techniques. Analytical skills to plan and analyze business performance. Strong numerical ability supported by business awareness. Fluency in Italian and English.
