Responsibility 1.Project Management: Based on product goals, gather information from various departments, collaborate with retail teams to output new product retail promotion plans, and track the implementation. 2. Goal Management: Breakdown of category targets, with weekly, monthly, and quarterly follow-ups to ensure achievement. 3.Product Management: Responsible for product lifecycle management, including planning for introduction, growth, maturity, and discontinuation phases. 4.Sales Management: Continuously empowering the sales of products, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and company policies to achieve annual sales targets. 5.Market Insights: (Industry Competitors) Developing retail strategies for products, monitoring sales performance throughout the lifecycle, and summarizing patterns and approaches. Requirements 1. Strong learning ability, with good communication skills and project management skills; 2. GTM, retail or sales, with at least 5 years of work experience preferred; 3. Experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred, 4. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language.
