Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman for a contract role overseeing plumbing teams. Position Summary: The Plumbing Foreman will manage journeyman plumbers and helpers, ensuring proper installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role involves reviewing building plans, determining installation sequences, providing input on plumbing plans, and ensuring all work complies with plumbing codes and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise plumbing teams, including journeymen and helpers. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems. Review building plans and working drawings to determine tools, materials, and sequence of installations. Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Qualifications: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of related plumbing experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a commercial environment. Knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and best practices. Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
