This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live. How You Will Contribute Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and elevate them to global leads or the program manager when needed Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live Own the relationship with external vendors, including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery What You Will Bring Proven experience in project management methodology Excellent communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners Strong conceptual and analytical skills – enjoys problem solving More About This Role We understand our role as agents of transformation to generate positive change, which is why diversity, equity, and inclusion are among our priorities. What You Need to Know About This Role We are looking for a Portfolio and Project Methodologies Manager to join the Digital Services team at Mondelez Brazil. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree Certification in project management will be considered a plus Advanced English – you will deal with regional and global stakeholders Specific Job Requirements Project execution: Coordinate the execution of Mondelez Digital Services Brazil projects, ensuring that tasks are assigned and deadlines are met; Ensure the methodology for each project (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile); Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and regional/global towers. Pre-project planning: Collaborate with business teams and regional/global towers to define the scope, objectives, and requirements of the project; Work with stakeholders to obtain the necessary approvals and ensure alignment with business goals; Ensure communication between technical project/technology teams and business leaders in biweekly sessions. Risk mitigation: Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks by implementing mitigation strategies. Documentation and compliance: Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with regional, global, and business unit methodological standards; Support audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Regional and global integration: Collaborate with regional and global Digital Services teams to integrate their knowledge and resources into project planning; Ensure that project results are aligned with the organization’s regional and global strategies.
