Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product strategies to support growth within the renal care market. Manage the full product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, ensuring strong customer adoption and satisfaction. Lead product launches, including marketing initiatives, sales training, clinical evaluations, and customer education. Work closely with sales, finance, and cross-functional teams to support pricing, positioning, and inventory planning. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant industry standards. Create product-related training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Specialists. About You: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or a related field. 5 years experience in medical devices; renal care . Familiarity with regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
