Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager for an enterprise retail company in Vancouver. This role focuses on discovery, design, and implementation of new business processes driven by enterprise-level data model changes. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across critical business functions. Ideal candidates are versatile project management generalists—comfortable facilitating workshops and aligning technology, product, and business teams. Key Responsibilities Manage timelines, planning, and execution for initiatives tied to new enterprise data models. Partner with functional teams and business process analysts to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and design reviews to capture and validate process workflows. Ensure alignment between functional teams, product management, technical teams, and program objectives. Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across functional areas; develop mitigation strategies proactively. Collaborate with Change Management teams to support adoption, training, and communication. Maintain project documentation (RAID logs, plans, schedules, etc.). Work with Finance/FP&A/AP teams to manage budgets and contracts for the program. Must-Have Qualifications 8 years of Project Management experience managing enterprise-level projects. Strong communication skills with ability to present and summarize for senior leadership. Skilled facilitator for workshops and design reviews across business and technical teams. Ability to translate complex business needs into requirements and workflows. Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies across multiple functions. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with product data. Background in business analysis. Retail, apparel, or consumer goods industry experience.
