NCR Technology Analyst

Position: NCR Technology Analyst Job Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Our client is looking for a Technology Analyst . This is a full-time permanent role offering a competitive salary, bonus, and full employee benefits. Your new role: As a Technology Analyst, you’ll serve as a subject-matter expert and provide Level 3 (L3) support for NCR systems. You’ll work closely with business and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot escalated issues, and contribute to system enhancements that improve performance and stability. Key responsibilities: Deliver advanced L3 support for NCR NBO (Backoffice Manager & Backoffice Switchboard) and NCR POS systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with business and vendor stakeholders to optimize NCR back-office and POS systems. Support upgrades, configurations, and integration projects. Ensure system reliability and business continuity across a high-volume environment. What you bring: Deep knowledge of NCR NBO (Backoffice Manager & Switchboard) . Hands-on experience with NCR POS . Proven track record providing L3-level support in enterprise or retail environments. Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills. Interested?
