Role Overview We’re seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented KOL Operations Specialist to join our São Paulo team. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (influencers), ensuring impactful collaborations that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and retail conversion. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) relevant to the smartphone and tech retail space Coordinate product seeding, campaign execution, and content delivery with KOLs Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and generate actionable insights Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align influencer campaigns with product launches and in-store promotions Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely payments and reporting Maintain a database of KOLs, campaign results, and market trends Monitor competitor activity and emerging influencer strategies in the smartphone industry Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or retail Strong understanding of Brazil’s digital landscape and influencer ecosystem Excellent communication and negotiation skills Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking tools and Excel Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English Passion for mobile technology and youth culture J-18808-Ljbffr
