Automotive Service Advisor

Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 essential 23 years experience as a Service Advisor at a franchised dealership (motor industry experience essential) Strong technical understanding of vehicles Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficient in Kerridge, Automate, or similar DMS systems Valid drivers license Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and open job cards Communicate with workshop technicians and keep customers updated on progress Prepare accurate cost estimates and follow up on authorisations Manage invoicing and ensure timely completion of service documentation Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries professionally Promote aftersales products and services Skills & Attributes: Professional and approachable demeanour Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with attention to detail
