Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and drive the performance of both new and used vehicle sales departments Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets Manage sales forecasting, stock levels, and marketing initiatives Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financiers, and stakeholders Monitor profitability and ensure optimal operational efficiency Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager role within a dealership environment Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent understanding of dealership operations, financials, and compliance Valid drivers license and clear criminal record
