Our successful VIP Hosts · manage the operations of the VIP desk in an efficient and friendly manner · interact promptly and politely with guests face-to-face and on the telephone · provide excellent service to guests , addressing all requirements, questions and concerns professionally · keep up to date with all areas , services and functions of the casino on a daily basis · work as part of a team and individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately. · assist the casino team on VIP promotions, requests and experiences. If you have these qualifications , join our team: Matric (NQF 4), verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), numeracy skills (NQF 4), computer skills, at least 3 years experience in related hospitality field and/or customer service position in gaming, ability to work weekends, shifts, and work long hours, ability to work in a smoking environment, answering telephones and fulfilling administrative tasks.
