What Youll Do: Manage hot and cold sections with consistency, precision, and flair. Deliver dishes that balance heritage flavours with modern execution . Apply and grow your knowledge of fire cooking techniques . Support menu development with seasonal, produce-driven ideas. Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering teamwork and excellence. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards are met at all times. What Were Looking For: Minimum 5 years experience in a fine dining or refined restaurant environment. Strong technical skills in both hot and cold sections. Passion for heritage-inspired, seasonal cuisine . Creativity, discipline, and meticulous attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities. Bring your skills to a kitchen where heritage, fire, and flavour shine .
