Job Description
Key Responsibilities Drive and exceed sales targets for the company, setting the standard for excellence. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve outstanding results and deliver premium customer experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the companys network to foster loyalty and repeat business. Oversee and optimize sales processes, lead management, and financial services to ensure smooth and profitable operations. Stay ahead of market trends, support marketing campaigns, and actively promote financing and insurance solutions to maximize growth opportunities. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Marketing, or Sales is advantageous. 35 years experience leading successful sales teams in the automotive retail sector. 710 years overall sales experience, with a strong grasp of lead management and digital sales processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and operational principles. Valid drivers license (motorcycle license an advantage). Core competencies include strategic thinking, customer focus, team leadership, motivation, and results orientation.
