Supply Chain Manager (DRC expats)

Role's Purpose: Ensure that the whole supply chain and operations function is run smoothly. Having a past high pressure and deadline success experience would be a huge advantage. Experience & Qualification Criteria: Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations or similar 6 years industry experience (mining/warehousing/distribution/supply chain/logistics) Experience in running the full supply chain function for a mining site/logistics company Expats are welcome (rotation to be discussed) Strong background in strategy and operations combined with building supply chain relationships Fluent in English (essential) with excellent communication skills Primary Responsibilities: Building and maintaining client relationships Fully operational (hands-on experience) Accuracy and a high level of service delivery is required (essential) Organisational skills for managing multiple services in mining High problem-solving skills to always maintain operational Computer literate on MS Office especially Excel Coordination and supervision skills, analytical, forecasting and planning required Warehouse supervision, risk management, compliance, safety, and local procurement experience Container offloading processes create and maintain efficiency Apply Now!
