Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Sell new vehicles, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, options, and pricing to prospective buyers. Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and financing options. Liaise with management and the service department to ensure smooth delivery and handover of vehicles. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Requirements: Proven experience in new vehicle sales, preferably within a Ford dealership. Strong knowledge of automotive product range and features. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Valid drivers license; own transport preferred. Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
