Job Description
About the Company Ensure the timely supply of finished product to the customer, through the efficient use of available systems and tools as well as direct communication with customers, ensuring stock control, minimizing time and merchandise engines, programming customer requirements considering the capacity of the line and the availability of the materials. About the Role Qualifications Responsibilities Comply with the guidelines, policies and / or processes applicable to the Environment, Safety, Health and Administration of the Energy of the Company. Take care of the work load for each of his team members. Ensure that knowledge of the personnel in charge are adequate to carry out the functions that the position and the organization require, as well as ensuring the documentation of evidences in the applicable systems. Identify, establish and monitor the progress of individual development measures/training that ensure the personnel in charge have and / or develop the required competences of the position, applicable norms or guidelines, as well as the necessary competences of back ups. Monitor delivery fulfillment according to customers demand. Ensure his CPPS team is always looking for the best shipment method in terms of delivery date, quality and cost. Ensure his CPPS team is in continuous and close communication with the customers to evaluate special requirements, drop ins and variations in the demand, and define in common agreement with the customer to fulfill those requirements using the best shipment method to do not impact the Logistics Cost or Premium Freights metrics. Ensure ASNs and shipment notifications are delivered to customer in time. Keep close tracking of the KPIs of the area (Logistics Cost, Premium Freights, Delivery Performance, Customer Rate, Turn Rate, Blocked Material Inventory, Obsolete Material Inventory) and define strategies to reach the targets in case of any deviation. Ensure an immediate response to the customer by the responsible CPPS, to the emails, phone calls and meeting requests from the customers. In case of customer escalations that involves or affects the delivery of the product to the customer, support with information and participation on the customer meetings.
