What They Are Looking For: 6 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (independent shop experience preferred) Sales-oriented individual with a proven track record in customer service and upselling Proven success in sales and customer service Familiarity with domestic and Asian makes Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas while building long-term relationships Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Goal-driven and thrives under pressure Willingness to learn and grow under experienced leadership What They Offer: Competitive Base Salary Commission (Up to $120K annually) Monday–Friday schedule only – no weekends!
