Role: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Ticehurst, East Sussex (Driving licence and access to own vehicle required due to rural location) Contract: Full-time, Permanent - Mon-Fri Salary: up to £30,000 per annum Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an organised and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's friendly team in Ticehurst. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a small team and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include: Allocating duties and ensuring high-quality production. Planning and prioritising workloads to meet despatch deadlines. Overseeing general packing processes and ensuring all related documentation is completed accurately. Overseeing stock levels and coordinating replenishment as required. Supervising collections and despatch to ensure timely delivery. You'll bring experience from a supervisory or warehouse role, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
