Structural Technician

Structural Technician Peterborough £37k-£43k plus benefits Our client is an established, award-winning practice with a network of successful offices. They provide multi-discipline engineering with a passion for innovation, excellence and sustainability. Their busy office in Peterborough is looking for a Structural Technician to join the team, who provide engineering consultancy for projects within automative, commercial, retail, education, residential and commercial sectors. Working alongside the structural engineering lead, you will have at least 3 years' experience within a UK consultancy. Requirements: Experience working as part of a wider project team on building structures Produce accurate drawings and model representation Able to use your own initiative and coordinate work with other teams High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong technical ability Able to develop general arrangement layouts and models in the detailing of structures and foundations in core materials of steel, concrete, masonry and timber Excellent communication skills If you are motivated and confident, and able to contribute to external meetings our client will want to hear from you.
