A welcoming primary school near the Ladywood area is seeking a dedicated and resilient TA to join their on-site resourced provision, supporting pupils with higher needs. This is a full-time opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs, within a supportive and inclusive school community. What You'll Be Doing: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with high needs within the resourced provision. Help implement EHCP targets and work closely with the school's SENCO and class teachers. Support emotional regulation, communication, and sensory needs throughout the school day. Foster a positive, safe, and structured learning environment.Who We're Looking For: Proven experience supporting children with high needs (e.g. autism, speech and language needs, or SEMH). A calm, patient approach and strong behaviour management strategies. Someone who thrives in a team and is passionate about inclusive education.
