OD Specialist - Local Authority

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented OD Specialist on a Contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analysing, and optimising the organisational structure with a focus on spans of control and hierarchical levels. What's on offer: Salary: £(Apply online only) per day, Inside IR35*negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working Contract type: Contract Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Spans and Levels Analysis: Evaluate current spans of control and reporting levels across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement and greater organisational agility. Structure Optimisation: Develop recommendations to optimise spans and layers, balancing operational efficiency, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness. Data Collection and Benchmarking: Gather and analyse internal data, and compare against industry benchmarks to inform decision-making regarding spans and levels. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and gain buy-in for proposed changes.About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role Strong analytical and data interpretation skills CIPD qualified Local Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.
