Assembly Operative

At STEM Recruitment we are looking for a temporary, assembly operator which has potential to progress to a permanent position for the right person. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assembly Operator to join our team within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. The role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging kits and components while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly of kits and related components according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Follow GMP guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks to identify defects and Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with GMP and safety protocols.
