eLearning Administrator Location: Central London (Hybrid working) Contract: Fixed-term until 01 April 2026 Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £26,869 – £29,182 per annum equivalent Hourly rate: £14.76 – £16.03 Interviews: Thursday 13 November 2025 (via MS Teams) Deadline ASAP About the Role A professional regulatory body is seeking an eLearning Administrator to provide administrative and technical support across its eLearning programmes. You will be the main point of contact for users, supporting access and technical queries, assisting with marketing campaigns and social media, and helping ensure smooth operation of the Learning Management System (LMS). This role is ideal for someone with experience in professional standards or regulatory environments who enjoys variety, working collaboratively, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage eLearning inboxes, phone queries, and provide technical support to users. Assist with LMS troubleshooting and liaise with external LMS providers. Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and produce monthly reports. Support targeted marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional activities. Contribute to the preparation of reports and materials for internal meetings. Attend events to promote learning programmes (occasional travel may be required). Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects. Essential: Experience in a professional standards or regulatory environment (preferred) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience using social media for professional or marketing purposes Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented Desirable: Experience with a Learning Management System (D2L Brightspace, Moodle, Blackboard) Experience in eLearning, digital learning, or online education Experience supporting marketing campaigns or promotional activity Additional Information Hybrid working from Central London.
