You will oversee budgets, monitorcosts, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, working closely with project teams, contractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities Provide pre- and post-contractcostmanagement services (costplanning, procurement, valuations, contract notices). Prepare budgets, forecasts, andcostreports, ensuring transparency and compliance. Manage project variations and financial controls. Use digital measurement tools forcostplans and contractor submissions. Support risk management, value engineering, and procurement processes. Lead site progress meetings and attend valuation/site visits. Guide junior staff and engage in professional development. About You Experience incostmanagement within construction. Knowledge of JCT contracts. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
