General Operatives – Energy Infrastructure Project

Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Temporary Contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9-hour days (increasing to 12-hour shifts from Spring 2026) Overview: Corrie Recruitment is currently recruiting two General Operatives to join the team on a major energy infrastructure project near Peterhead. This is a long-term opportunity on a five-year development offering the chance to work on one of Scotland’s key energy projects. Successful candidates will assist with general site operations, supporting civil engineering and infrastructure works under the supervision of site management. Key Responsibilities: * Support site teams with a variety of groundworks and civil engineering tasks * Work safely in accordance with site rules and procedures * Assist plant operators and trades as required * Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment Requirements: * Valid CSCS card * EUSR Cat 1– Could be obtained after starting * Previous experience on civil engineering or utilities projects preferred * Ability to work safely and follow instructions from supervisors Package & Conditions: * Competitive hourly rate (PAYE) * Long-term continuity of work * Opportunity to progress within a large-scale infrastructure project * Monday to Friday schedule – 9-hour days, moving to 12-hour shifts in 2026 To apply please email your fully up-to-date CV or call (phone number removed).
