Business Analyst

THE ROLE Looking for a Business Analyst to join my clients fast-paced, Agile team. You will be required to work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Software Developers and UX/UIDesigners to ensure the delivery of requirements resulting in high-impact value outcomes for their end users. THE RESPONSIBILITIES Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into user stories Ensure requirements translate effectively into intuitive user experiences Translate complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes Refine product backlogs, plan sprints and deliver roadmap objectives Lead requirements and discovery workshops, mapping business processes, workflows, and systems Evaluate product performance and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement initiativesTHE REQUIREMENTS Have some experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment Experience using Jira and Confluence Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting A passion for leading product development and finding fixes and improvements for said productsHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
