Site Manager

Konnect are looking for a site manager to join a reputable main contractor based in the Kent area. This contractor delivers large high-quality construction projects in sectors including leisure, commercial, education, healthcare and more. Key Skills * Proven experience as a Site Manager on medium to large sized construction projects in sectors mentioned above. * Strong leadership skills: ability to motivate teams, make decisions under pressure, keep high standards. * Proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent organisational and time management skills. * Good communication and negotiation skills; confident liaising with clients, consultants and varied stakeholders. * Solid grasp of health & safety regulations and environmental/sustainability best practice. * Strong problem-solver: able to anticipate issues and resolve them before escalation. * Competent in project documentation, reporting and cost control.
