Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities This role requires a bright, flexible and enthusiastic individual who will be will work alongside our sales team. You will be responsible for: ➢ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and calling potential clients. ➢ Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business. ➢ Visiting clients and sites to build and maintain long term business relationships. ➢ Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. ➢ Negotiate contracts and close sales deals including securing multi-year contracts. ➢ Processing sales enquiries & sending quotes ➢ Taking enquiries over the telephone and email then following up these enquires to secure the deal. ➢ Assisting with researching and gathering information online and in-house. ➢ Producing quotations and supporting information. ➢ Provide exceptional customer service, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. ➢ Collaborate with the projects team to ensure smooth delivery and execution of secured jobs. ➢ Engage with existing customers to explore opportunities. Requirements ➢ On site experience within the Event/Construction industry is preferable. ➢ Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals. ➢ Strong negotiation and closing skills. ➢ Strong customer service skills, organisation and time management skills. ➢ Strong accuracy, good numeracy and attention to detail for precise data entry ➢ Excellent telephone manner ➢ Good working knowledge of computers, Excel, and Microsoft Office software. ➢ Ability to prioritise and work under pressure. ➢ Ability to work on their own as well as part of the team, create own deadlines and manage own workload
