Contracts Officer Pay rate: £14.82 Working hours: 20-25 hours between Monday-Friday Location: Civic Offices Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ/ Hybrid Length: 3-6 months Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Milton Keynes City Council for A Contracts Officer to deliver an effective high-quality parking service across Milton Keynes through the provision of project support, administrative support and customer service. Main responsibilities: To assist in the management and monitoring of financial processes for parking and sponsorship services, including purchase orders, reconciliation and budgeting, ensuring contractual deadlines are met, and debt reconciliation. To support the provision of information and business intelligence resource for the parking team for planning, forecasting and service and contractual performance monitoring purposes from a range of data assets To analyse benchmark and interpret data and information and support presentation To identify and support improvements to the customer experience via the use of intelligence, implementing new approaches where appropriate To respond to requests for data and corporate information from third parties (e.g. general statistics and FOI requests) To provide administrative support to parking services where required including undertaking ad hoc tasks and projects at the discretion of senior managers, which may fall outside of the scope of this job description.For more information or to process your application, please apply now
