Freelance Fire Risk Assessor Location: (Travel across multiple sites) Contract Type: Freelance Duration: Ongoing / Project-Based Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and fully qualified Freelance Fire Risk Assessor to carry out risk assessments across a range of commercial and residential properties. The role involves site inspections, reporting, and providing actionable fire safety recommendations in line with current legislation and best practices. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct fire risk assessments on various types of buildings * Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and suggest mitigation measures * Produce clear, detailed, and compliant reports * Advise clients on fire safety improvements and legal obligations * Ensure assessments align with fire safety regulations Requirements: * Recognised Fire Risk Assessor qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Fire, IFE, IFSM, or FRACS) * Proven experience across both commercial and residential sectors * Up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional indemnity insurance (desirable) This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
