As a Therapy Team Manager, you will: Provide effective leadership to the therapy and recreational therapy teams. Oversee service delivery from referral to discharge, ensuring treatment programmes are effective. Lead clinical governance activities, focusing on risk management and adherence to standards. Manage day-to-day operations and staff leadership within the service. Chair interdisciplinary and review meetings. Collaborate with professionals to manage cross-organisational service issues. Assess, plan, and evaluate therapy interventions for service users. Manage your own caseload within a defined clinical area.
