This is a job for life as there will always be Army Housing. As you can imagine the tenants are polite, attentive and professional. Carrying our property maintenance works, plumbing, carpentry, painting decorating. The Role – Ideally qualified within Plumbing but not necessary Carpentry – Maintenance – Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles Plumbing – Maintenance – Fitting Taps, Fixing Leaks, Drainage, Bathroom Fitting Wet Trades – Patch Plaster, Painting Decorating Skills & Experience Preferred - NVQ Plumbing or Carpentry Full UK Drivers License 2 Years property maintenance experience Ability to be self-efficient The Offer 26 Days annual leave Bank Holidays Company Van & Fuel Card Progression Opportunities Work perks Liking the sound of the role and offer so far?
