Fabric Engineer (Foot Mobile) Salary: £38,000 per annum overtime call-out allowance Call-out Rota: 1 in 6 Location: Westminster, London We are looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our maintenance team, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings in the Westminster area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in delivering high standards of building fabric maintenance and repair. Key Responsibilities * Carry out PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive works across commercial sites. * Undertake a wide range of fabric maintenance tasks, including joinery, painting, tiling, patch plastering, lock repairs, and general building repairs. * Respond to maintenance issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations. * Ensure compliance with all health & safety and company procedures. * Participate in the 1-in-6 call-out rota to provide emergency support when required. Requirements * Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or Building Maintenance Operative within a commercial environment. * Strong practical skills across a range of trades. * Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. * Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently. * Must be happy to work on foot across central London sites (travel expenses covered).
