Commercial Gas Engineer – £46,000 Van Fuel Card Location: Swindon to Oxfordshire (Mobile Role) Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum (depending on experience) Benefits: Company van, fuel card, uniform, and paid travel time About the Company We are a well-established, building services and HVAC company providing maintenance and support to a wide range of commercial properties. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our mobile engineering team covering the Swindon to Oxfordshire region. The Role As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and reactive repairs of commercial heating systems within commercial buildings such as offices, retail, and education facilities. You’ll work independently, travelling between sites to deliver high-quality service and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas and heating systems. * Diagnose and repair faults on boilers, burners, and associated plant. * Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with Gas Safe standards. * Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation. * Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally on-site. Requirements * Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, CDGA1, TPCP1, etc.) * Proven experience in commercial gas service and maintenance. * Good understanding of commercial heating and plant systems. * Full UK driving licence. * Excellent communication and fault-finding skills.
