Production Supervisor

CREM Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for this fantastic growing business who are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to oversee a growth initiative, driving productivity and efficiency as they move to a higher volume production environment. Reporting to the Manufacturing and Logistics Manager you will take the lead on this exciting continuous improvement project. Key Responsibilities: * Plan resource allocation. * Ensure productivity KPIs are maintained / exceeded * Liaise directly with agency staff and suppliers * Manage performance and support training initiatives Personal Requirements: * Demonstrable experience in a high volume production / manufacturing environment * Superb people management skills * A positive, can-do attitude and an aptitude for problem solving. Working Hours and Pay: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm * c. £30,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience and attitude.
