We're now recruiting for an Accounts Administration Assistant to join our busy finance team at our Hereford headquarters. This is a great opportunity for someone who's recently left school or college and wants to begin a career in finance. You don't need previous experience - just enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you everything you need to know about how a finance department runs day to day, from handling invoices and payments to understanding how money moves through a business. If you show commitment and a knack for numbers, there's scope to grow and even work toward a formal qualification (like AAT) in the future. What you'll be doing: Supporting the finance team with daily admin tasks Managing incoming and outgoing post Processing payments and invoices Helping with bank and statement reconciliations Assisting with inter-job transfers and applications for payment Providing general support across the accounts and admin functions What we're looking for: GCSEs in Maths and English Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude A good communicator who enjoys being part of a team Confident using basic IT tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Reliable, organised, and eager to learn You don't need to have all the answers yet - we're here to help you develop your skills and confidence.
