About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join our dedicated sales team. You’ll play an essential role in supporting field-based packaging specialists, managing customer accounts, preparing quotes, processing orders, and helping to drive new business. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to field sales specialists. * Generate quotes and process customer orders. * Liaise with the warehouse to monitor deliveries and resolve issues. * Handle customer enquiries and escalate when necessary. * Manage customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and communication. * Maintain stock levels for call-off orders. * Proactively contact new and inactive customers to generate sales. * Manage general admin tasks, including phone and email queries. Skills & Requirements * Previous experience in sales administration or customer service preferred. * Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a team-oriented approach.
