As part of its continued development, Sparfell is looking for a VIP Flight Attendant on Gulfstream G500. Role Description This is a full-time position based in Paris (Le Bourget). The VIP Flight Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft. Main duties include: Ensuring passenger safety and well-being at all times Delivering refined, discreet, and personalized service to the owner and charter guests Preparing and managing premium catering and cabin setup Maintaining onboard inventory and cleanliness standards Ensuring compliance with Sparfell procedures and all aviation safety regulations Candidate Profile Base: Paris Roster: 15 ON / 15 OFF rotation (Owner & Charter flights) Languages: Fluent in English and French (additional languages are an asset) Proven experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant in business or VIP aviation Strong service orientation and ability to adapt to owners’ preferences Excellent communication and organizational skills Calm and efficient in emergency or unexpected situations Discreet, polished, and professional demeanor Flexibility with schedules and travel destinations Contract & Conditions Contract type to be defined based on the candidate’s country of residence.
