Sales & Education Manager - Europe 40% Remote working Paris with International Travel across Europe Competitive salary & benefits KJ Talent & Partners are thrilled to be exclusively partnering with one of the fastest growing clean beauty brands Kosas. Kosas is a clean beauty brand that is redefining the face of beauty. Kosas is sold in over 200 retailers and is consistently a top-ranked Sephora brand. We are recruiting for a Sales & Education Manager for Europe, where you will play a pivotal field-focused role in building Kosas’s presence and driving its commercial success across the region. We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and sales-driven individual who is passionate about beauty, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be on the ground, leading from the front, and shaping the trajectory of Kosas in Europe. Key responsibilities: Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets across the EU Recruit and manage brand BAs across Europe. Review productivity, store rankings & key sku performance. Partner with Sephora Europe to maximize Kosas’ presence Collaborate with EU Brand & Marketing Director on new launch activations, product strategy and promotions Plan and execute impactful in-store events, masterclasses, and activations in collaboration with HQ and retailer teams Analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and implement action plans accordingly Create a bespoke Retail and Education strategy for the region and tailormade to Sephora Act as the main point of contact for retail education and field sales performance in Europe. Travel within EU as needed Ensure Kosas is always retail-ready: good location of the gondolas in store, planograms are executed, stock is available, and the brand stands out visually. Essential experience: High level experience in sales and/or education within the beauty industry (color cosmetics or skincare experience required; Sephora experience highly preferred). Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets in a field-based role. Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate sales teams to reach their highest potential Strong artistry skills with confidence in makeup application and product demonstration. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence store staff and retailer partners. Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, hands-on and able to work autonomously while aligning with global strategy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with retail sales reporting tools preferred. Fluent in English & French and if possible, a third language : German, Italian or Spanish will be a . Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
