Student designer (m/w/d)

Background : STRONG's European marketing department is looking for a new work-study designer (contract starts in October 2025) to manage the creation of marketing content. The team is made up of 6 people (1x marketing manager, 2x operational marketing managers, 1x digital marketing manager, 2x designers). We work on 3 product ranges: Entertainment (set-top boxes, TVs, video projectors), Networks (several Wi-Fi product ranges) and Security (cameras and NVRs). Our department is responsible for creating marketing content (images, videos, brochures, user manuals, quick guides, technical documents) as well as packaging and content for the website and social networks. We work for STRONG Europe. This means that we have to adapt our content into around 16 languages. Main tasks: Product development (60%) : • Artworks and multi-media versions: brochures, packaging and leaflets • Technical documents: such as safety instructions, warranty card, user manuals and product sheets Communication (30%) : • Creation of communication media (print and digital) • Creation of graphic elements (illustrations, etc. • Production of multi-media graphics (PPT, websites, print, social networks, newsletters, point-of-sale advertising, etc.) • Creative trends watch Video editing (unboxing/interview) (10%) The marketing team takes charge of the brief and submits it to the designers. We use a collaboration tool called "Clickup" to organise the tasks and Adobe/Word/Powerpoint to work on the briefs. Technical skills : • Required: Adobe Suite (indesign, photoshop, illustrator), • Level of English: professional English • Optional but much appreciated: 3D software and video creation software (Adobe After Effect, for example) and/or knowledge of video shooting (unboxing/interviews). Qualities: rigorous, organised, proactive, creative, ability to work cross-functionally (adaptability), dynamic, team player, autonomous.
