Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice to lead, scale, and grow Centrilogic's D365 business in North America. This role will own the strategy, delivery, and profitability of the D365 portfolio, including Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CRM), and Business Central. You will lead a team of senior consultants and delivery leaders, drive sales and business development, shape industry-aligned offerings, and deliver transformational value to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Practice Management: Lead, manage, and grow the Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM practice across geographies. Recruit, mentor, and retain top D365 talent across functional and technical roles. Establish and govern delivery methodologies, tools, and quality standards. Provide executive oversight across all client engagements, ensuring excellence in execution. Serve as a key escalation point for complex project challenges and client concerns. Sales & Business Growth: Partner with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to build a strong D365 pipeline. Support pre-sales activities including solution architecture, RFP responses, and proposals. Drive revenue and margin targets for the D365 line of business. Develop go-to-market strategies, bundled offerings, and accelerators. Build and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners. Client Delivery & Solution Design: Oversee the design and delivery of D365 solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices. Lead enterprise engagements across verticals such as manufacturing, professional services, public sector, and healthcare. Provide thought leadership in digital transformation, business process redesign, and technology adoption. Advocate for change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement. Strategic Initiatives: Stay current with Microsoft product evolution, roadmap, licensing models, and partner programs. Contribute to cross-functional leadership initiatives within the Enterprise Applications practice. Evaluate and implement tools, templates, and delivery frameworks to optimize delivery efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline. 10 years of experience in ERP/CRM consulting with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM (Sales, Customer Service), and Business Central. Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and distributed delivery teams. Experience with Microsoft Partner ecosystem and enterprise software sales cycles. Strong understanding of global delivery models and managed services. Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Skills: Microsoft certifications in Solution Architecture or Functional Consulting. Experience working with ISVs, AppSource extensions, and industry IP. Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure integration, and modern data & AI tools. Exposure to verticals such as manufacturing, healthcare, or public sector.
