Our client, a leading general contractor with a strong track record in delivering high-rise mixed-use developments, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a flagship type projects in Calgary. This is a unique opportunity to join a builder known for shaping urban skylines and delivering complex, design-forward developments that integrate residential, commercial, and retail spaces. About the Role: As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll lead site operations, manage project teams and subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of a major high-rise mixed-use project in Calgary Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts Coordinate with consultants, trades, and municipal stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams Qualifications: 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally with high-rise or mixed-use developments Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills PMP or equivalent certification is an asset Why This Role?
